Members of the Wight Marque food provenance scheme have enjoyed their first ‘Behind the Scenes’ event by helping Calbourne Classics celebrate 25 years in business. As part of a full calendar of events planned for Wight Marque members, a guided tour into this family business included not only behind the scenes of the well-known and highly successful Calbourne Classics dairy and baked goods business but also a demonstration of the island’s only fully robotic milking parlour, at Three Gates Farm in Shalfleet.
